California. It is
our
intention to create a high quality true coffee house to our customers.
To this end we have invested in the worlds finest equipment, the best products, and a warm and comfortable ambiance, and the best people.
To make good coffee drinks we start with quality beans. Ours are the top 5 % Arabica beans, roasted locally to exacting specifications. Next, we purify our water with an advanced filtration system. Then we us the worlds best bean grinder for precise grind consistency and tamping every time.
Our espresso is made using the La Marzocco FB70, regarded as the standard by which all other espresso machines are compared. Our drip-brewed coffee is mad with a Fetco Extractor, the most advanced coffee brewer available. The coffee goes directly into the insulated airpots equipped with timers to insure maximum freshness.
We treat our customers like guests in our own home. We guarantee a clean and relaxing home away from home. And if you ever our unhappy with one of our products, we will make it right or cheerfully return your money.
We search for the most interesting teas in the world. Many come from local companies such as David RIo, Mighty Leaf, Republic of Tea and Equator coffee. The milk we use is locally produced and are free of hormones or pesticides. Organic mild and soymilk are offered at no additional cost.
Even the cups we use are triple-insulated, so you don't have to use a sleeve to protect your hands. Coffee and tea stay hot and fresh longer too.
We serve light dining fare, including delicious pastries, desserts, panini sandwiches, salads and soup. We also offer sugar free and low carb items. Bread and pastries are made fresh daily by the Bay Area's finest bakeries. We are also the only Bay Area Coffee house serving Palazzola's gelato, and all natural hand made gelato rated as the finest in America.
